Favorite Kind of pancakes: healthy vegan banana cinnamon pancakes 👌

When I first tried hollow back poses, I didn’t have the strength and body awareness that I’ve spent the past year working on. I thought the poses looked cool and I tried forcing myself into something I wasn’t ready for. This led to me hurting myself and having to take some time off from my practice. The advanced poses look cool, but if your body isn’t ready, forcing it won’t help. You have to listen to your body instead of pushing it when it isn’t ready. The advanced asanas will come with time, but a strong foundation, patience, and practice are what will get you there.
